Erev Cleaning have a strong team spearheaded by the Founders Leon and Goldie Smith and their son Doran.
Prior to starting Erev Cleaning in 2010, Leon had a background in accounting, retail, management and production. As the Marketing and Operations Manager Leon's focus is in sourcing work and arranging the contracts for Erev.
A teacher by profession, Goldie was also involved in the food industry with Leon for over 15 years. In addition to administration management, one of Goldie's key responsibilities with Erev is staff training.
Doran has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting & Business Law) as well as courses in Leadership and Occupational Health & Safety. His primary functions in the business are record keeping and financial management.

Erev adopt and implement a rock-solid process in all our cleaning contracts. We ensure that management work at any new sites first in order to thoroughly understand the layout and the requirements of new clients. This understanding enables us to train our staff accordingly.
